We got our camper from you a couple years ago and you all were great then. Recently I have gotten this camper in our separation and have reached out several times with questions or concerns with the camper. I do not have much knowledge about the camper and your staff has been so incredibly helpful!! Above and beyond service and so kind and helpful!! Thank you !!!

My Wife and I bought our new Outdoors RV Titanium 22FQS from the Poulsbo Apache dealer a little over a year ago and have often been thankful we picked such a good location to purchase from. Our trailer was a special order and our sales experience, pick up were A+, and the service and maintenance we've received from Poulsbo Apache over the past year has been exceptional.
We're glad we picked Apache Poulsbo, they have exceeded our expectations.Eric Jacobs, Port Ludlow, WAStore Location: Kitsap -
EVERYONE at Apache Camping Center in Poulsbo, WA went above and beyond to help me make my dream come true of owning an Aliner Ranger 10 and feeling safe, knowledgable and supported in taking my retirement on the road! Marc greeted me and got me started. Sherri helped me with all the paperwork. Phil and Liam helped me troubleshoot a hitch issue and Devin gave me the grand orientation, teaching me about my new home and answering all my questions with patience and politeness! Im so grateful! Thanks to all of you! You are a great team! It shows!

While we have not yet taken possession of our new Tab 400, the research and purchase process was greatly aided by our salesperson, Tave. We felt no pressure throughout the process and Tave provided really balanced and insightful information to ease our decision making -- especially given this is our first experience in the RV world. We launch into this new world in March with great excitement.

We recently had an annual maintenance performed on our 2017 AF 811, and were very pleased with the thorough service and attention to detail we received at the Everett Apache Camping Center. It was a real pleasure to work with Steve Johannson, a senior service manager at the Everett center - he clearly explained the work performed on our camper and sent us off with smiles on our faces.

the service department at the Everett Apache center is the best. A big thank you to Kevin Lee, Morgan, Alex, and the man Terry. They have always been very helpful. Thank you.

Because I have a tendency to write way too much, the one-liner short Starburst praise for Apache Camping Center in Poulsbo, Washington, is that Liam and Devin in the Service Department provided an ABSOLUTE 100-STAR SERVICE and solution for a problem that had sent me spiraling into the depths of frustration. My issue was hooking up a new propane cooktop stove. But if you have any RV issue or anything closely related, MY RECOMMENDATION IS CONTACT APACHE CAMPING CENTER first!!!! The longer story is I had spent almost four days running in circles from the local hardware store to the "big-guy store" (name withheld), buying up fittings and other parts, returning to hook it up, not being successful; googling directions on line, reading conflicting information. Mind you, I'm a 73-year-old lady living in a converted FedEx van (well, technically it used to be a Salem, Oregon, SWAT truck, but imagine a FedEx van). I was in need of some remodeling in the "kitchen" space, so I took on replacing the old counter with a nice butcher block, setting in and re-plumbing a new sink (only a day and a half of journeying to hardware stores for the needed connections, all on a learning curve the whole way but in the end being successful). Then came the new cooktop propane stove for which the instructions said I should have a certified person hook up. I actually tried that but I found no plumber/gas guy who would come work on an RV, "Only houses, ma'am." So, ten fittings and hoses later, still no success. Then I had a brilliant idea -- a last-hope idea -- to call a local RV dealer. It was Saturday when most parts and service departments are closed, but, hallelujah, Apache Camping Center was open.I called first and explained my long story, most specifically describing how the instructions said I must hook up their provided regulator next to the stove, which on-line advice was one should never do that. And then I had assumed (because I'm a 73-year-old woman who has spent her life transcribing court trials, not retrofitting propane devices nor sinks), that I would not use the "star trek" regulator that is usually on propane tank hookups. Liam patiently explained to me that, no, I needed Star Trek too (and why). I had an old hose and regulator but it was joined to a longer hose which everyone says I should not have done (but I did, and I'm still here to talk about it), but wanting to do this right, I was off to get a six-foot hose with a regulator. Of course, multiple trips from store to store ended up empty handed; no one had one. So a last thought was, "Well, let's just go over to Apache RV; they must have what I need." So after only a few words, Liam immediately identified me as that lady who had called earlier. And there began the most wonderful experience I've had in any similar situation. No, he also didn't have that six-foot hose with the regulator, but he provided me with the six-foot hose, the connection I needed (both out of stock items for which he could not charge me), and explicit instructions on what I was to now get from those other hardware stores. We joked (about the nonsexual aspects of male and female fittings and how I at least should really know the difference more quickly without so much thought!!!), and by the time I walked out of there, my sad depressed frustration had lifted. Finally after almost four days of dealing with this issue -- I kid you not! -- and I returned to my van and, voila, I hooked up my stove and made dinner!!! Great guys. Great service. An enjoyable, fun, experience. They went the extra mile for me in spite of, in the end, only selling me a $3 part. He didn't get rich off of me, but I left rich with having the most wonderful, fruitful, enjoyable, and successful experience. My faith in humanity is restored. I SO HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO APACHE CAMPING CENTER for the solution to any of your problems that might relate to camping needs or RVs. I kid you not!

Apache RV Center in Poulsbo has been consistently the best RV experience I've had throughout my involvement in the RV community. Sales was excellent when we purchased in October 2020, the Service Department has been outstanding in the quality of repairs and even when a slide issue threatened to postpone our participation at this year's ORV Rally. Apache Stepped up and got our trailer in and out in one day to ensure that we would be able to attend the Rally this year. Excellent and highly recommended by this very happy RV Customer.

We just took possession of our T@B400, and the entire process was incredibly easy. Marc in Sales was supportive listening to what we wanted, Sherri made the paperwork quick and smooth, and Devin walked us through a great orientation and helped us select the items we wanted to get without being pushy in any way.

I had an emergency repair, they were so great to get me in right away. I was leaving on vacation the very next day, they went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of prior to my departure. Just an hour and a half later (for a big job!) and I was happily repaired and on my way! Can't say enough great things about both the employees and the quality of work!!! Four of my friends all have purchased new campers from Apache, and all have the same great experiences! Shout out to Karl Baker at the Evertt location, thanks for taking such great care of all of us! Highly recommend to everyone!!

I purchased the Nash 17K in Tacoma working with the wonderful LeRoy, buying my third TT and the best yet from Apache. Meanwhile, all is great and have had six months of extensive travel and use. Last week the dining room table came unhitched from the wall of the 17K, screws popping out on all the connecting hardware. I am heading out again for a month to Colorado from Seattle and called Kevin Lee in Everett and shared the problem and told him I was driving by the dealership the next day. Kevin made time in the totally over-booked schedule for me to have this warranty repair done immediately, no issue what-so-ever; truly customer first in every way. He met me at service opening the next morning, assigned Dustin to do the fix and had me on my way with an "over-the-top" glue and screw fix that looked and worked great! The fact is, he made it happen during the busiest month and showed that he personally cared about me and the 17K. My entire experience with the Everett team on the several visits and services performed have been five stars and go beyond expectations. I have been told so many horror stories by so many campers over the years and it is great that I can tell them how great Apache is. I do that on my FB Groups as well to payback a bit for the great job. Thanks.

We just returned from having our Flagstaff SEST 206 in the field for a few days - stayed at Sunlakes State Park, WA. Weather was good for a couple days, less good for a couple more; but overall the trailer kept us Very comfortable. The heated mattresses are absolutely the best invention since micro-wave popcorn! We have a few minor warranty items, which is invariabley the case with a brand new rig; but the rig is fantastic, the Service Department at Apache has been outstanding so far, and we anticipate no issues down the road. KJ (our sales person) was great; Scotty, Molly, Anthony, and Jose in Service have been likewise; and Kim in Finance, and Bill (sales manager) are right with the rest. Working with Apache/Tacoma has been the best RV sales experience we've ever had, and we recommend them without reservation.

We lost our home and everything we owned in the Echo Mtn Fire Sept 8th. We had temporary housing for a limited time and needed to find a more permanent solution quickly. We decided to put a travel trailer on our property. We found one on the Apache Camping Center lot that we liked but it was sold. Our salesman (Charlie) spoke to the owner (Kevin) about our situation. Kevin had another one at his other location in WA. He arranged to have it delivered within just a couple of days to our property at the coast of OR. We didn't have to worry about a thing, it was all taken care of, which was a relief after the stress and ordeal of losing everything to the wild fire. We are very grateful to Apache, Kevin and Charlie for their help and their commitment to their customers! We definitely recommend Apache Camping Center, if we could we would give them a 10 star rating.

I just got my ultimate family traveling setup for my RAM Megacab HO diesel from Apache Camping Ctr, Everett, WA. I just did my return trip to get an Adventurer 80RB slide in camper for the truck that pulls my Outdoors Timber Ridge 28BKS. I live in Alaska and this totals 8 thousand miles to get exactly what I wanted. Initially, I called many dealerships around the country, but when I spoke with Chuck at Apache I knew I wanted to do business with Apache Camping Ctr. I had the pleasure of working the owner, Karl who is an exceedingly honorable and knowledgable individual. Terry, the shop guru was very focused and clearly took his job seriously. Noel did a great job with the final installation. Cindy made sure all the is were dotted and the ts were crossed. There entire team was friendly, knowledgable, without hype. I am going to be taking my wife and kids around the country with this setup so I wanted the very best in terms of safety. I would drive 8 thousand miles again to get such great honest and quality service. Trailers and campers are serious pieces of equipment that can only be as safe as the people we commission to so the setup. My family comes first.

Our purchase experience was great, KJ was very thorough and helpful. We came in a few weeks ago to have a few things looked at (mostly user education) and the service department is outstanding. Scott, Anthony and Dan were all very helpful. Scott is very patient and helpful- he answered all of our 'new owner' questions, followed up on all of our concerns, and gave us a lot helpful suggestions. We have had a great experience with Apache as new trailer owners. Thanks!

We enjoyed the laid back approach to the entire sale process. There was never pressure and all requests for information and comparisons were provided at once. We visited the dealer at both the Tacoma and Seattle RV shows followed by three visits to the Everett showroom. We received the same warm welcome each time. Once we decided on our purchase they were quick to make our unit ready for pick up. The unit was clean and the few tiny details were attended to prior to pick up. Our orientation was thorough, well explained, and actually quite fun due to the great personality of our guide. A few after market additions were made and they were quickly installed while we completed our paperwork. The service department even discovered a serious issue with our brake module in the tow vehicle. We drove away feeling like we made the right choice in the Arctic Fox 22G as well as choosing Apache Camping Center. We to go folks! Business done as it should be.

Customer service #1! We bought our RV from Apache in late 2017 and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Then in early 2019 our Dometic Toilet flush valve failed internally. The Dometic Toilet paperwork included a two-year warranty. I contacted Apache and Kevin Baker jumped right on the problem for us and spent many hours dealing with Dometic. Thanks to Kevins hard work, he was able to get Dometic to honor the warranty and provide us a new toilet. I was very impressed with Kevins commitment to us as customers and grateful for his time and hard work he got us back in the field superfast and has certainly more than earned our future business!

I just had the great pleasure of purchasing a brand new Northern Lite truck camper from Apache Camping Center in SE Portland. The experience could not have been better. Cody was patient and thoughtful as he led me from concept to reality. He understood what I wanted and needed and what would work for me better than I did myself. And in a very non-pushy way directed me to the camper (not on my pre-conceived list) that turned out to be the absolutely perfect solution. Laura was pleasant and professional as we worked out the financing. The management stepped in and gave me a fair deal when I last minute (probably after the buzzer, but too late for video replay) decided I needed to unload my 5th wheel. the installation staff did an immaculate job in a timely manner. And Thomas was gracious and informative as we walked thru the camper to learn its nuance. Also, he had great loading tips. All in all, the experience surpassed my expectations. I strongly encourage anyone looking for a new RV to contact Apache Camping World. You will not be disappointed. You will probably be blown away! Cheers...

Started shopping for a trailer a few months ago. Had some specifics in mind, mainly small tear drip or pop up style. Went to a few lots with limited selection or pushy sales people. Stopped at Apache one Sunday at 10 am. Don was the only one on the lot and he greeted us and let us know hed be unlocking stuff and then be back over to check on us in a bit. We got a chance to look over the inventory. They 20 or so small trailers to look through. After a little self service Don passed by to check on us and answer a few more specifics about trailer types and manufactures etc. explained a few features and showed us a few specific campers. Then went along to greet other customers. We left and went to a couple more lots. And after either not seeing anything new or have poor customer service we headed back to Apache to take one more look. We had walked by the Little Guy Max more then a few times it on the second trip we gave it another look and it was impressive. Once again Don came out and went over the LG in detail and we left feeling good. The following weekend we went to an RV show, checked out ALL the different trailers ended up back at the Apache Booth, sitting in the LG Max again. Talking to the guy at the show we were convinced. We drove home and back to our local Apache and talked once again with Don and put down a deposit. The trailer arrived a week later and we went over for a walk through and to pick it up. THhe staff were all super friendly and helpful, even the shop guys who checked my wiring and installed a break controller were totally nice anD helpful. I recommend Apache to anyone. They have the biggest selection and the staff was great. Awesome folks.

I did not initially find your survey page. Below is a copy of the Yelp review I posted:The date on this review is approximately five months after our original purchase because I'm not convinced by a sales department. I felt really good during the buying experience (a couple of months from initial look to final purchase). But, for me, it's service after the sale - you know, when they aren't going to make money, how are you treated then? That's when you find out what kind of people you are really dealing with.I don't think there's time or space here to describe how good I feel about the service I've received after the sale. Our first trip back was to have explained some of the newer features of our Outdoors RV. I could have looked it up the answers in the manuals, but I wanted to see... They were patient, pleasant, and helpful - walking through every step with me to be sure I "had" it. I left feeling glad I'd come. And, more recently, when I did have a problem - not Apache's fault - the staff went to the factory and resolved my concern perfectly! Jeremiah specifically made a point of my satisfaction. On a weekend Apache was doing a show, he made sure that my trailer was repaired and ready to pick-up at the time promised, he showed me the faulty part, explained what the problem was, and made me feel really good about their commitment to my satisfaction after the sale.At my age, I don't know how many more trailers I'll buy, but I know where I'll get them. And, for as long as people like Jeremiah work there, I'll be confident of service after the sale.Thank you, Apache, for providing a truly exceptional value in sales and service.Sincerely,

We recently purchased a new Flagstaff Super Lite from Apache RV and we could not be happier with the sales and service department. The team at Apache is the best I have ever experienced. From the very first moment I spoke with them, I could tell they were different. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and with patience. There was no hi pressure selling like trying to coerce me to buy sealants or extended warranties. Our sales agent was Ted Strong and he was always very polite, followed up and always responsive. Nice guy!The service department rocks! Phil runs a crack team of mechanics who are very thorough and care about the quality of their work. As they were preparing my trailer with their own inspection, Phil noticed an odd sound coming from the furnace. Nothing terribly loud, just a small annoying vibration. Most dealers would have ignored it and left it to the customer. Not Phil. He disassembled the furnace and found a faulty fan blade, ordered a replacement and fixed it before I even knew there was a problem. Wow.The service department performed many upgrades to my trailer and they were all completed flawlessly and with no extra charges. I found their service pricing very reasonable. I highly recommend Apache RV. If you want to buy an RV from a reputable company with fair pricing and excellent service call Ted and set up an appointment to learn more.

This company has the highest integrity of anyone I have dealt with! I purchased a used trailer from Apache in Portland and had a leak. As I live closer to Poulsbo, I was sent there for repair. Poulsbo did an amazing job! Not only was their workmanship absolute perfection, but they went way above and beyond to see that my trailer was in tip top shape and safe for travel. And all of this was covered by the company! It didn't cost me a penny. Now that is customer service! They treated my trailer repair as though they were doing it for themselves. Very professional and amazing repair department. If you are looking to buy or have work done, don't hesitate! Go to Poulsbo Apache Camping Center. They will treat you like family. I live several hours away and even though there are repair shops closer, I will drive to Poulsbo Apache Camping Center for any needs I have whether repair or to purchase. I am a customer for life!!!

Being 1st time RV buyers, we needed to rely a lot on our dealer. We visited a number of dealers and looked at lots of trailer brands before we discovered Outdoors RVs excellent reputation on trailer forums, which led us to Apache Camping in Portland. That turned out to be an excellent combo of product and dealer. We knew our requirements: an off-road suspension, 4-season, off-grid-capable, rugged trailer with a bunks type floorplan - for boondocking. Were making the transition in our early 60s from only backpacking to camping with grandkids and not always sleeping on the ground to camp. Apache had a broad inventory on their lot, and took plenty of time showing us different floorplans and features and answering our many questions. We ended up buying a nice very lightly used 2016 ORV Creekside 23BHS model at a very competitive price. The delivery process was very smooth, quickly installing a plug and an excellent weight-distribution hitch on our tow vehicle to set up our truck perfectly - so it was ready to roll by the end of our orientation class. The orientation to the trailer was so thorough I took several pages of notes; Steve was very patient and explanatory when we needed to understand something better. They also taught us how to use the trucks brake controller, so our 1st trip to our home went without a hitch. The equipment and accessories store had nearly everything we needed to outfit the trailer from awning mats to generators, at good prices. After having the used trailer home for a few days we discovered a few issues, but Apache addressed that quickly and enthusiastically, which is the real test of a dealers customer commitment. We heartily recommend Apache Camping! (Update some months later - our best friends bought a trailer at Apache Portland after we steered them to Apache.)

We recently started looking for a larger truck camper, our research lead us to eagle Cap and Apache Camping center was our closest dealer.
I have seen Apache at several of the RV shows and I was always impressed by them.
We stopped to look at the Portland store and Chuck helped us out. I read reviews about chuck and I agree with them. He is very easy to deal with, took a lot of time to help us even though he knew we where not ready to buy at that time.
When it came time to purchase I called him up and asked for there best price, which was very fair.
while working out the deal Chuck had a family emergency. The OWNER of Apache e-mailed us (the form of communication we where using with Chuck) and let us know what was going on and personally helped us out till Check was back to work.
We then needed to decide if we wanted the 1160, 1165, or the 1200.
The Tacoma store had all three on the lot and we made arrangements to go up and look at all three.
They had them all open and ready to look at when we got there. Dan was great! let us look at them on our own for three hours and was happy to answer all our questions when we had any.
Then it was on to financing.
Cheyenne( and staff at the Tocoma store where awesome!
She kept us informed the whole time by phone and e-mail and worked real hard to get us the best deal.
I have bought a lot of vehicles in my 57 years, this was by far the best experience I have ever had.
I have not had any dealing with the service department other than asking some question, and they impressed me also.Robert Verhoef, Rainier, OREGONStore Location: Portland -
I can't say enough good things about our recent service experience at Apache. We purchased our new trailer about a year ago and sadly in sprung a major roof leak. The service team enabled us to bring the trailer in immediately and they were able to get the trailer into the covered shop to begin the drying process and repair work. All members of the team were amazingly helpful throughout the entire process. They kept us well informed of the progress of the repair as is was going on. Thankyou Apache service team!

About two years ago (2014), my wife and I purchased our first truck camper from Apache. We weren't sure how much we would use it so we bought more of an "entry level" size and we loved it and used it so much that felt that we should upgrade to a larger unit. In 2016, we did just that, and got one of the biggest campers on the market, bought a bigger truck, I even installed a dedicated concrete parking area at our house...we were so excited. Unfortunately, this camper wasn't a good fit for our "style" of camping and it ended up making our RV'ing experience very unpleasant. The "unpleasantness" was completely the responsibility of the manufacturer and not Apache because Apache always took great care of us anytime there was an issue with the truck camper.Side note: I'm trying to be nice about not mentioning the brand name of the camper because I just think we got a Lemon and that's just the way it goes sometimes. I think almost all of the brands that Apache carries are some of the best in the industry and I've done a ton of research (including factory visits) to know they take pride in their selection of brands.Looking ahead, we were extremely concerned about the integrity of the new camper especially because we use our camper all year long including up in the mountains in the snow and ice. Rather than tell us that we were stuck with our mistake of making the wrong choice and having us duke it out with the manufacturer on some of the defects, Apache took back the camper and coordinated getting us into a brand new (different brand) truck camper that we both felt would be a better fit for us and our RV'ing style. Apache had to take a loss on this but they never waivered in making sure we were in the unit that would work best for us.I can't say enough great things about the integrity and professionalism from the ownership level on through the sales staff, administration and service department. They have always taken great care of us even before this and we will be lifelong customers without any hesitation. Thanks again!Geoff-n-Brooke

In a word, "outstanding!"My wife and I are not new to RVing and were sick and tired of the constant fixes and repairs required of our "name brand" RV purchased at a local dealer. The repairs were constant and just a trip to the coast would result in cupboard doors falling off and most trips more than one! Roads to the coast aren't the smoothest, but we took it easy and slowed way down when the "bump" signs were deployed. It just seemed like every trip with our 3-year old RV there was something new to replace or repair. After lots of research I stumbled onto Artic Fox RVs manufactured by Northwood in La Grande, Oregon. In fact, I was researching Airstream trailers and the article was a comparison to an Artic Fox which the author characterized as a "well bult RV." After spending more time researching the Artic Fox we decided to give them a look and the Northwood site identified Apache Camping as our closest dealer. It also identified a large dealer a couple of hours south and my first inclination was to check out the big name dealer, but the drive to Apache was much shorter. On a dreary Fall Sunday morning we drove to Apache and checked out the Artic Fox 5vers. I had my eye on the 29-5T, but my wife quickly fell in love with the 27-5L. We spent a couple hours talking with Charlie and comparing coaches. He was very patient and helpful. We were seriously looking, but not ready to buy and Apache provided tickets to the Fall RV Show in Portland. We spent a full day going from coach to coach, dealer to dealer and found ourselves constantly comparing everything to the Artic Fox and Apache Camping. We ordered our new 27-5L at the show. The service from all of the great folks at Apache has been incredible and I was afraid that once we made the purchase service and attention would drop off. Not the case, in fact working with Kevin and Charlie the level of attention and responsive emails was outstanding. It took about 6-months for our coach to arrive and throughout the process Kevin, Laura and Nick were on top of the details to make sure the actual purchase went without a hitch. On delivery day I spent just over 2-hours with Keith as he walked me through the coach and patiently answered all of my questions. The coach was not perfect, but it was close and Apache quickly cleaned or repaired all of my nit-picky requests. Overall we were very pleased with the build quality and attention to detail. I spent an entire weekend crawling under and over the coach and only found minor things that required follow-up by Apache. I had a list of questions that I emailed to Keith and within the hour I had all of my answers. Our experience with Apache Camping has been 5-stars, from the start to now. We are very pleased with the quality of our new 27-5L and are looking forward to retirement and seeing the beautiful USA in our Artic Fox. Thanks Apache!

Why would we drive from California to purchase a travel trailer from Apache in Everett Washington? Simple answer: price and service. As an internet buyer I contacted Creekside dealers in California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. From the beginning Apache has the best price that no one would/could match. Add to that outstanding customer service from Karl and his team and I highly recommend Apache to anyone on the West Coast - and beyond. After purchase - the customer service remains outstanding.

After comparing the trailer with other trailers of different manufacture I was very impressed by the price value. Apache camping center accommodated me in every way their customer service was exceptional I would buy from them again in a hot minute.. I am extremely satisfied with the unit I purchased.. They don't come up readily on popular search engines when you do a Internet search. Email or call them they respond right away. Great folks.

Apache Camping managers,I'm a customer of your Portland location and I'm a member of PopUp Explorer (PUX) website discussion forum for people with popup trailers. There are over 6000 active members posting in the US and Canada. One of the semi-frequent topics involves people's troubles with dealer service, sales and warranty work. I am always able to say "I'm lucky, my dealer is great". When a new camper ask "what brand is best", a typical reply from experienced campers is along the lines of "brand doesn't matter as much as finding a dealer you can trust".I thought you'd be interested in seeing some positive comments people in the Seattle area are saying about you. Keep up the good work in all your locations. Your reputation shows!

To Whom It May Concern:We have been meaning to write a letter to Fleetwood regarding the 2005 Evolution tent trailer we purchased in spring of 2005. So I thought I would use the opportunity to add a bit to your survey.
We attended an RV show in Seattle the previous winter and there met Mark from Apache Camping Center. He is from the service department but was at this show helping to sell their product.
Although Apache and everyone that works there are excellent representatives of your product, it is no exaggeration to say that Mark was the reason we purchased our Fleetwood trailer. He was very patient with two women that really had little knowledge of the ins and outs of RV camping. Our many questions were answered from how to set up the tent trailer to what accessories we would really need to get going. We took delivery in the spring and were able to go on several outings before the weather became a bit too cold.
There have been some reasons to have our Evolution serviced. Mark has made sure everything was running well when we picked up the trailer and also trouble shot a couple of mysteries regarding the hot water system.
For the most part, we could not be happier with our tent trailer. On every trip we would end up showing it to other campers that were intrigued by the Evolution's unique heavy-duty design.
I must admit I was a bit disappointed that Fleetwood markets these trailers in such a stereotypical fashion. Every woman doesn't need frills and color coordinated interiors. A sturdy well built trailer with full size tires and easy to clean surfaces I much more appealing to any camper I know.
Anyway, thank making the Evolution, I am glad to see more of this type of tent trailer in your new lineup.-Anonymous -
Kevin,I wanted to let you know how amazing and thoughtful your staff is.
We picked up our trailer from Camping World on Sunday only to find out that they had it for 6 weeks and did not fix 1 thing we asked for.
They tried to charge us $140 but could not tell me what it was the charge was for. Our Slideout was going out crooked and that is what I wanted fixed as it was under warranty because they had to replace the whole cable system last year when it broke. They told me that if I wanted it done I would have to leave the trailer so they could take a better look but it would be 4 or more hours and it would cost me at least $400 because the new cable they placed is apparently not under their parts warranty. After becoming very displeased with them and their service, they told me that they would let me leave with my trailer without any charges because they like to "take care of the customers who bought trailers from them".On our way home we brought the trailer by your place to get it diagnosed and see how much it would cost to get it fixed. Kevin came out to take a look at what was happening and had not only figured the problem out but fixed it within 10 minutes. Turns out it just needed a little tighten. Your entire staff was so nice and made sure that we were taken care of.I couldn't thank you and your team enough for everything. Your quality of customer service is far beyond any other place we have experienced.I would be interested in knowing the trade in value of our 2013 Keystone Bullet 23BHS. I am entertaining the idea of swapping out our trailer so that we never have to work with Burlington again.Thank you again and a Huge thanks to Kevin and everyone else there that took such good care of us.BaileyBailey HumannStore Location: Everett -
Contacted Kevin Baker for a quote for the TAG teardrop camper. His offer was the fairest and best from the three dealerships that we contacted. We had to pickup the trailer in Everett which was not a bother for us. His staff in Everett is first class and made our purchase very easy. The walk-through and owners manual provided to us made our orientation to the trailer easy. Highly recommend Apache RV and Camping to anyone looking to purchase a camping trailer.

Chris our salesman was Awesome. Great to work with and no hassle. We went to another dealership to look at a Trailer and was not what we were looking for and found our trailer that we liked down the road at Apache Camping Center (Everett). Chris provided Excellent salesmanship and working knowledge of the camper and camping experiences. Dave from the Service Department did a super job of going through the trailer with us. He was quick to fix items that needed fixed and to explain the working details of our new trailer. TWO THUMBS UP for this Team!!!

If anyone is in the market for a RV/Travel Trailer I highly recommend Apache Camping Center in Everett. We purchased a used unit and the service technician that prepped our unit, Noel, did a wonderful making sure that all systems operated perfectly. Also need to mention Don Minteer in Sales and Cindy in Finance who gave us the royal treatement and were very professional.
Their service department set up hitch for us and made sure it was properly adjusted. We left Apache with our new trailer in tow and made it back to the SF Bay area without a single problem.
If we ever decide to upgrade we would seriously consider working with Apache again. thanks to everyone at Apache Camping Ctr.JOHN ALLAN Millbrae CaliforniaStore Location: Everett -
I have yet to make my purchase of our new trailer, but I can say that because of Don Minteer and Lisa, the owners care and professional knowledge, I would not ever consider buying a trailer any where else but Apache Camping. They have treated my wife and myself like old friends and customers as i have been preparing for our purchase. Don's knowledge of every kind of trailer brand is so reassuring, we could not ever consider a different place to buy. This is a local business and family owned!!! I do highly recommend Apache for all your needs for trailer camping.... amazing people, and very very loyal!!!

We've used Apache Camping for maintenance on 2 camping trailers. Both times we were satisfying. The last time was the best. I brought the camper in because I thought it had a leak in the fresh water system. Even though they were super busy, they checked it out and tested it completely. They were extremely thorough and helpful. They showed me why I thought it was leaking, put everything back together and had it ready in no time. Kevin Baker made time to do this to get me on the road to camping quickly.

We recently downsized from our 26 ft Article Fox to a new 21ft Black Rock trailer. Don Minteer was our salesperson and, I have to say, we could not have had a better experience. Don was extremely knowledgable, honest and straightforward with us. Absolutely no sales pressure!! When we picked up our trailer, Steve provided us with a complete review of all the trailer's features. He also was very knowledgable. From our first contact through pickup of the trailer there were no surprises and our experience was stress free and positive in all respects. It is important to note that we are not easily impressed but we were very impressed with this organization. We highly recommend Apache Trailers. It should be noted that we had shopped around and drove from Olympia to Everett to complete this purchase. We would have absolutely no reservation about purchasing another RV from this business.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Apache RV. Our salesman Don, was great. We never felt pressured, and he got us a great deal on our used tent trailer. He even rearranged their schedule so we could have our orientation a week early. Kevin from the service department was very thorough in explaining how everything worked and made sure we understood what he was showing us. I'm guessing most other RV dealers don't offer that type of service free of charge. We even stopped by there on our way out of town last week to get a quick refresher course on how a couple of things worked and Karl was as patient as can be, even though they were slammed and he knew we weren't going to be spending any money that day. I would definitely recommend Apache to anyone whose looking to buy an RV in the future.

Just brought our camper home today!!! Leroy was our salesman and he was great! Showed us what we were looking for (arctic fox 1140) never pressured us at all. showed us all models in our price range.. he let my husband and I talk it over without hovering! He was great!
We picked a used model and sent it in for some upgrades! When we came to pick it up I saw a few things about that model I didn't see before and was having buyers remorse.... they had already cashed the check and I was upset I was going to get stuck with something I didn't want and it was all my fault for not seeing it originally...
The owner stepped up and gave me all the options... In the end we went with a newer model that fits my family of 5's needs. These guys stayed true to their words and made this family very happy. This is our third camper and will not be our last Im sure! We have found a great company that is fair and upfront and they will have our business and that of our many friends and family for years to come!Ashley M, Olympia, WA -

A year ago we bought a camper which we loved!
Now we decided that we were ready to step up to a 5th wheel.
Kevin, Laura and Charlie worked with us to get us the best deal that we could and made the transition as easy as possible for us.
This staff are the best!
We will always come back here first for our camping needs.Angie S , Portland, OR -
Yesterday the wife and I went into Apache to look at some travel trailers and 5th wheels. We live in Hillsboro but came out to east Portland because we wanted to view trailers from Northwood (Arctic Fox, Fox Mountain, Nash etc) and it's sister company OutdoorsRV (Glacier Peak, Blackstone, Creekside etc). I looked on their website and saw they had a large selection of these rigs so off we went. The sales guy who came out to greet us was Chuck M. Now we normally don't like to be bothered by sales people while doing our pre-buy research but this guy was AWESOME! No pressure, very knowledgeable and just a very nice guy. Never once did he ask if we wanted to buy today or use lines like, "well that trailer may not be here tomorrow", like other sales people do. We gathered a lot of info and have narrowed our choices down. When it's time to buy we will be heading back to Apache and dealing with Chuck...I suggest you do the same as he will treat you right. Thank you Chuck! Hope to see you soon.

My wife and I purchased a 2013 NASH trailer just before leaving for elk hunting, in fact we picked the trailer up and headed east for Desolation Unit. Having a brand new unit, we discovered a few problems that needed attention when we returned I called service and we made an appointment. The guys at Apache did a fantastic job of taking care of all the issues and even fixed a few things we didn't know about, all without cost to us. I would certainly recommend Apache Camping Center to any friends or family. It is a great place for buying a new or used unit and also for service. They go above and beyond.

We recently traded our truck camper for a Somerset Niagara tent trailer. This RV dealership was recommended to us by friends who had purchased a tent trailer here too. We have been thoroughly impressed with the way our purchase and questions or concerns were taken care of. Edward, in the service/parts department, has been very friendly, courteous and very professional in handling any and all of our concerns, in a very quick and timely manner. Thomas, the tech who recently worked on our camper, was very knowledgeable and friendly in helping us out with the situation we were having, as well as offering advice or information regarding our camper. We would HIGHLY recommend Apache Camping Center for any and all of your camper needs.
